Return & Shipping Policy


Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

We currently ship within the United States only via UPS.

UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes or virtual addresses.
Please ensure your shipping address is a valid physical residential or business address.
Orders placed with a P.O. box, virtual mailbox, or forwarding service may be delayed or canceled.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for store credit or a refund.

To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
  • Purchased from this website: www.angelnumber2001.com
  • Free from any signs of wear, damage, or tampering
  • Gift sets and kits must be returned in full
  • Returned within 14 days of receiving return approval

Due to the hygienic nature of eyelashes, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items.

If a returned item does not meet these requirements, it will be rejected and sent back at the customer’s expense.

 

Returning Your Product(s)

  • Prepaid UPS Label: We will email you a prepaid UPS return label and a $5.99 shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Return Process

  1. Email customerservice@angelnumber2001.com to initiate your return with details with your name, order number, and photo(s) of your eligible product(s) and packing slip (if applicable).
  2. Let us know if you prefer store credit or a refund.
  3. We’ll approve your return (within 2-4 business days) and send return instructions with a prepaid label via email. 
  4. Ship your item within 14 days of return approval.
  5. Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation and you will receive your elected refund or store credit.


Refund Timeline

Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your package.
Approved refunds can take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.


Additional Return Policy Notice

AngelNumber2001 LLC reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this return policy.
This includes, but is not limited to, items that are opened, used, damaged, or returned after the 7-day window.


Final Sale

All items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
For hygiene reasons, any opened or tampered item is considered Final Sale.

 

Issues with Your Order? (Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items)

Email customerservice@angelnumber2001.com to let us know about your issue including details with your name, order number, and photo(s) of your eligible product(s) and packing slip (if applicable) 

We will resolve the issue by replacing the damaged items at no additional cost and send the missing items using the same shipping method as the original order
