Has my order been shipped?
Click the "Account" link in the navigation menu to check your order status.
How do I cancel an order?
Click the "Account" link the navigation menu to see your order(s) and cancel. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has been shipped, the order is no longer editable.
My order never arrived.
Click the "Account" link the navigation menu to see your order(s) and check if your order has been shipped. If your order displays a Package Tracking Number, check with the shipper to confirm that the package(s) has arrived. If not, please contact our customer service.

How do I create an account?
Click the "Account" link the navigation menu and follow the instructions to create an account.
I forgot my password.
Click the "Account" link the navigation menu and follow the instructions to reset your password.
I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service.
International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
We currently only ship in the United States and unfortunately do not ship to other countries at this time.

When will my credit card or debit card be charged?
Your card will charged within 24 hours prior to your purchase of your item(s).
How do I use a coupon?
After adding item(s) to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
